Luis A. Chamorro Pacheco
Founder, Managing Member
Luis is a highly decorated, retired Military Officer of the United States Army with 25 years working as a Senior Special Forces Non-Commissioned Officer and Chief Warrant Officer. Luis has more than ten years of proven Executive Leadership, the last three years in the private sector.
During his time in the military, Luis specialized in strategic planning and global operations, holding positions as Operations Officer, Chief of Operations, and Joint Operations Center Chief. Because of his operational knowledge, transitioning as the Chief Operating Officer for Go By Truck, Inc. was a natural transition. After 18 months of operational excellence, Luis returned to the Defense Industry, where he assessed, monitored, evaluated, and audited the Security Cooperation programs for United States Special Operations Command – South. Currently, Luis serves as the Strategic Advisor to the Head of Product at the United States Southern Command.
Jorge Vazquez
Founder
Jorge is an Army veteran, Data Architect, and Doctoral student studying Global Security—he also holds a BA and MA in Psychology—with more than 12 years of defense-related experience. He served as the Lead Intelligence Analyst on two deployments with the 7th Special Operations Forces Group from 2011-2016. Additionally, Jorge developed the intelligence scenarios and training focus areas for the Special Operations exercise Emerald Warrior.
From 2017 to 2022, Jorge continued to support Special Operations in vetting, personnel recovery, and technological modernization missions. During this period, Jorge served as a USSOUTHCOM lead Open-Source Collector and Personnel Recovery Coordinator, SOCSOUTH Lead Data Analyst, and USSOCOM Lead Data Steward—garnering experience in the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. Jorge obtained data science and cloud certifications from Microsoft, Harvard, and MIT. Currently, Jorge serves as USSOUTHCOM’s Lead Cloud Data/Solutions Architect for intelligence efforts.
